Sales Agent and Sales Manager
The sales agent at Mapping is a key person for the growth of the platform. It works directly with business owners and management, presents Mapingo and sells advertising space and marketing services on a digital platform that spreads throughout the cities of the region.
This is a field and consultative sale, with clear goals, realistic earnings models and the possibility of rapid advancement.
Main activities
- Active sale of advertising space on the Mapingo platform
- Scheduling and maintaining sales meetings with clients
- Tracking your own, pre-prepared meeting schedule with operator support
- Presentation of Mapingo services and marketing solutions
- Signing contracts with clients
- Maintaining professional communication with clients
- Collaboration with the internal team (sales, management, administration)
- Sale of additional marketing services, including:
- web design
- graphic design
- content creation (text, photo, video)
- digital campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
- SEO Optimization
- Viber and SMS campaigns
- physical marketing (advertising materials, DIRECT MARKETING, promo cards)
Models of work and earnings
Model 1 — Fixed salary + bonuses
Starting salary: 1.000 KM
Monthly bonuses depending on the sales results achieved
Model 2 — Earnings per performance (percentage)
Earnings solely through a percentage of sales
Percentage increases through the progression system
There is no upper limit on earnings
Ideal for ambitious and independent sellers
Stages
Stage 1 — Commercialist
- Active sales
- Learning and applying sales processes
- Achievement of goals
Phase 2 — Senior Commercial
- Higher percentage of sales
- Working with key clients
- Mentoring New Commercialists
Phase 3 — Sales Manager (Partner Position)
- Conducting sales in your city or region
- Building a local sales team
- Partnership with Mapping
- Profit sharing: 45%/55%, Manager/Mapingo
- Long-term cooperation and the possibility of expansion
