Operator and Sales Coordinator

The operator and sales coordinator is the central operational role in the Mapingo sales system.This person represents the first contact with potential customers, schedules meetings for the sales team and leads the complete administrative and communication support of the sales.

The position is static, it is done exclusively from the office, with clearly defined working hours and stable working conditions.

Main activities

Telephone and email communication

  • Invite potential customers (B2B)
  • Brief and clear presentation of the Mapingo platform
  • Introducing services with the aim of scheduling a live meeting
  • Sale of basic packages and services by phone
  • Answering incoming calls to the office phone
  • Professional communication by email
  • Sending offers, information and supporting documentation

Coordination of sales

  • Scheduling appointments and entering into sales schedule
  • Assigning appointments to commercialists and sales managers
  • Keeping records of client statuses
  • Reminding the sales team of scheduled appointments and commitments
  • Cooperation with the sales and administration team

Administration and work with the client base

  • Work in the CRM system and databases
  • Creation, replenishment and updating of the database of potential and existing clients
  • Finding new clients through the Internet
  • Keeping records, reminders and basic documentation
  • Periodic creation of invoices and contracts

Working hours and conditions

  • Work from the office
  • One shift: 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM
  • Full time
  • Stable and organized work environment
